Brosa assumes his new role after working as a Senior Project Manager for Quality Project Management (QPM), a company that merged with EMG in 2014. Prior to that, he enjoyed a six-year tenure with Target. During his first year there, he became the company’s youngest Owner’s Site Representative. After successfully managing numerous merchant and facilities-driven construction programs as a Project Manager, Brosa was selected to lead a three-year engagement to develop and implement industry-leading strategic sourcing and negotiation practices for purchasing architectural, engineering, construction, facilities, and corporate real estate professional services. By 2015, he had been named Manager of Construction, singled out to cultivate relationships with store operations senior management and to lead teams advancing key strategic initiatives and projects.

Brosa earned his bachelor’s degree in Construction Science and Management from Kansas State University and his Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management in Organization Management and Leadership.
