Many of EMG’s commercial/transactional assessments are based on ASTM standards that must be reapproved, revised, or withdrawn within five years of their last approval date (standards not approved after their eighth year are withdrawn).
Some of the key ASTM Committee E50 standards that we are working on for our industry colleagues this week include E1527 (Phase-1 ESA Process), E1528 (Transaction Screen Process), E1903 (Phase-2 ESA Process), E2091 (Env AUL/IECs), E2790 (Env. Continuing Obligations), E3026 (Visual Moisture Assessments), and the new Task Group for Building Energy Performance & Improvement Evaluations (WK62226).
